Who has to register?
Simply, if you are eligible to ride in the Wexford County Championships you will have to pre-register to take part in the leagues. Junior Licence Holders are not required to register.
What Leagues and Open Races have Pre-registry?
The Barrow TT, SERC, Gorey CC and Wexford Wheelers leagues, The Frank O’Rourke and The Eddie Tobin open races.
On line registry?
You register on line and follow the easy steps on the website. We would strongly encourage you to fill in all the profile details. When you register you must pick two events to marshal only when you have paid and picked your two events too marshal will you be eligible to part take in events.
*In the event that you have registered to marshal a race and the allocated slots for that race have been filled, you will receive an email within 1 week of registration and asked to select a new marshalling slot from the remaining slots available
League formats
All leagues will have the same formats. Routes, time gaps and distances will be down to the individual race organizer.
- 6 Points for 1st, 5 for 2nd, 4 for 3rd, 3 for 4th, 2 for 5th and 1 point for 6th.
- 5 league races and best our of 4 count.
- This Year 2019 we will run an overall league, combining results from Gorey, SERC and Wexford, rules are as follows
- Top 6 from each race will go into the overall league
- Each rider must complete 2 races in each of the three leagues
- Each rider must complete their marshalling slots
- Prizes for top 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall. First unplaced A1, A2, A3 and junior lady. Prizes for 1st, 2nd &3rd A4
- All league races will be run in accordance with CI rules, please be aware of the new rule, your not allowed any equipment on your bike that isn’t important. In other words your not allowed any Go Pro cameras or similar, either on your person or on your bike. No tri bars also
